Email support@vicetok.app. Include your handle and, if it is about a clip or post, its share link.

Report or block

In the app, open the menu on any clip, comment, question, answer or profile and choose Report or Block. Blocking hides your content and theirs from each other and removes follows between you.

Delete your account

Go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, clips and videos, comments, questions, answers, likes, saves and follows, and disconnects Sign in with Apple. It cannot be undone. Videos are gone from our video host within 24 hours and the rest shortly after.

If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address linked to your Apple or Google account and we will delete it for you.

Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on Vicetok infringes your copyright, email support@vicetok.app with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

• your name, postal address, phone number and email;
• the work you own, or a link to it;
• the Vicetok link to each item you want removed;
• this statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use described is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law";
• this statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright that is allegedly infringed";
• your physical or electronic signature.

We remove the content and tell the person who posted it. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, reply to our email with a counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
